His ambitions for this year is to get into top 10.
Gordon Lesetedi born in 1985-06-29 in Taung Sekhing Village, North West Province, and he also grew up there, he started running in 2008. According to his coach he is aiming to run top 10 in Comrades 2017 and intends to be part of the team (hopefully the prestigious Gunga Din team prize). He is training with the pro-athletes in the mountains for 8 weeks, under the good care of Colonel Coach John Hamlett, in his words “The ever best coach!”
His favourite food is macaroni and chicken, his favourite soccer team is Sundowns, his favourite rugby team is the SA National Team Bokke. He is working for Impala Mines as Environmental Helper.

Ernest Mokoo born in 1983-10-25 in Gariba Burgersfort, Mpumalanga, his best Marathon time was 2h31 Johnson Crane Marathon in 2014, he is aiming to run 5h50 this year in Comrades and expects to be in the golds. His training has been exceptional in 2014 and he is preparing to come back for Comrades Marathon in 2017.
His favourite food is pap and chicken, his favourite soccer team is Orlando Pirates, his favourite rugby team is the Sharks.

Edwin Lebogang Khonkobe whom are preparing to win Two Oceans and break the record. Edwin was born in Leratong Hospital at Randfontein (Gauteng Province) on 22-03-1988, he grew up in Pampierstad in the Northern Cape and then his family moved to the Sekhing Village. His wife’s name is Maletlhongondol Constance Mashori, he has two children, Kutlwano Grace Mashori aged 3 and Tatoyaone Edwin Mashori 1-year-old.
He started running in 2013 and his first 10km run was at Wanderers (CGA) which he has not trained for, he came in position 3 with a time of 31:17. At City to City 21km he came in position 3 with a time of 01:06:32 in 2013. He went to SA Cross Country Champions 2013 and came in position 10 with a time of 39:42. His best Marathon time was Salam Cape Town Marathon in 2014 with a time of 2:30.
His favourite rugby team is the Springboks, his favourite soccer team is the Orlando Pirates. His favourite food is doubling and meat.
Two new Elite Athletes that joined us this year 2017 are Thabiso Bontsi and Charles Mkhonto:
Thabiso has finished 7 Comrades and his best time was 6:25 (2017); he received 5 Silver & 1 Bill Rowan medal.
Charles Mkhonto has finished his 1st Comrades in 2017 with a running time of 6:20.
